Guacamole Dip!!


Ingredients :

3 Ripe Avocado
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
Small quantity of Cilantro

Directions:
1)Cut each Avocado in half ,remove the seed by tapping knife on the seed and pulling it out towards you.
2)scoop out the avocado using a spoon(such that the skin of Avocado remains on your hand)
3)Chop onion,tomato mix it with all the other ingredients.
4)Now in another bowl smash the avocados using a fork,make sure you do not make complete paste of it.
5)Mix ingredients made in step 3 in the smashed Avocados.

Serve with Taco chips or Nachos

Tomato Salsa!!

Ingredients:

3 Tomato
1 Onion
1/4 tsp garlic chopped
1 jalapeno
Salt to taste
1/2 cup of cilantro
lemon juice 2-3 drops

Directions :
1)Boil the tomato in water for 3-4 minutes (until the skin of the tomato is easily peel able).
2)Remove the skin of tomato and onion and put in the blender.
3)Add garlic,salt,jalapeno,lemon juice and cilantro.
4)Blend it by using pulse option so that its not blended into a thin paste.

Serve it with Nachos,Tortilla chips.

Daal Pakwan!!



Ingredients :

For Daal :::

2 Cup chana Daal
Salt to taste
Sweet chutney
Chopped onion and tomato (1 cup)
Oil for tampering
1-1/2 tsp mixture of red chili powder,corrainder powder,turmeric powder and garam masala
Less then 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.

For Pakwan ::
2 cup of Maida(all purpose flour)
1/2 cup of wheat flour
cumin seeds
salkt to taste
oil for kneading



Directions :
1)Soak chana daal for 3-4 hours and then pressure cook it for 1-2 whistle(please note that the daal should get dissolved fully)
2)In a Pan take some oil add cumin seeds and all masala and add the cooked daal,bring it to boil add corrainder leaves.
3)Knead the dough for pakwan and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
4)Roll out small roti's out of it and with a help of fork /knife make small holes in it and deep fry it.
5)In a bowl take cooked daal ,add onion and then finally sweet chutney and serve with hot pakwan.

Pizza!!



Ingredients :

8 cup maida (all purpose flour)
2 cup wheat flour
10 tsp yeast(1/4 tsp size)
2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
olive oil(for kneading)

5 cup of lukewarm water
Grated mozzarella cheese
Long cut capsicum,tomato and onion.

Directions :
1)Mix All purp
ose and wheat flour ,salt,oil and mix well.
2)In a cup take yeast,sugar ,luke warm water and beat well(it should be like a syrup).
3)Mix this in the flour mixture(step 1) add water as needed and knead the dough.

4)Once done make a huge ball of the dough apply little oil on top and cover and keep it in oven for 3-4 hours.
5)Once fermented apply oil on a plate(pizza plate) and spread the dough to shape it as Pizza.

Keep in the oven for 12 minutes for 420 degrees.

6)Remove it from oven apply Raghu Sauce ,grated cheese,tomato,onion,capsicum,mushroom(vegetables you like as topping) and finally a layer of cheese and keep it in oven for another 2-4 minutes..

Ready to eat.
