Ingredients :
For Daal :::
2 Cup chana Daal
Salt to taste
Sweet chutney
Chopped onion and tomato (1 cup)
Oil for tampering
1-1/2 tsp mixture of red chili powder,corrainder powder,turmeric powder and garam masala
Less then 1/4 tsp of cumin seeds.
For Pakwan ::
2 cup of Maida(all purpose flour)
1/2 cup of wheat flour
cumin seeds
salkt to taste
oil for kneading
Directions :
1)Soak chana daal for 3-4 hours and then pressure cook it for 1-2 whistle(please note that the daal should get dissolved fully)
2)In a Pan take some oil add cumin seeds and all masala and add the cooked daal,bring it to boil add corrainder leaves.
3)Knead the dough for pakwan and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
4)Roll out small roti's out of it and with a help of fork /knife make small holes in it and deep fry it.
5)In a bowl take cooked daal ,add onion and then finally sweet chutney and serve with hot pakwan.

Frankies !!
Ingredients :
Dough:
2 cups of All purpose flour
salt to taste
oil
water as needed
Filling:
4 boiled potatoes
1/2 tsp green chili paste
salt to taste
chopped jalapeno
chopped onion
Mango Powder
Directions:
1)Knead dough using ingredients mentioned above and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
2)Meanwhile mash the boiled potatoes add green chili paste and salt and make small patties out of it and shallow fry it.
3)Roll small roti's out of the dough and cook it on one side using little bit butter.
4)Flip the Roti and then on the cooked side apply mango powder , add chopped onion and jalapeno and keep 2-3 patties(as required) and roll it(make sure the side facing the flame is cooked too).
Serve with tomato ketchup.
