Ingredients :
1 bunch of Palak (spinach)
200 grams of Paneer
1/2 tsp green chili paste
salt to taste
pinch of turmeric powder
Oil
1/4 tsp of cumin seeds
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of green peas
Directions :
1)Cook spinach leaves in a pressure cooker (1 whistle) and grind it.
2)In a pan take 2 tsp oil add cumin seeds once it sputters add spinach paste ,1/4 cup of water and let it cook for 2 minutes.
3)Add cubed(slightly fried) paneer and green peas into the gravy and add salt,turmeric powder and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with Roti/Naan.

Paneer mutter Mahanwala!!
Ingredients :
300 grams paneer
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kasori methi (crushed)
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup green peas
1 cup milk
1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 tsp tomato ketchup
5 tsp tomato puree
3 tsp onion chopped
Butter for tempering
water according to measurement given below.
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Directions:
- In an bowl add kasori methi,red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,tomato ketchup,tomato puree and heavy whipping cream and 1/2 cup of water.Allow it to mix for around 30 mintues.
- Side by side you can deep fry paneer(1 inch cubes) until light brown.
- In a pan take some butter add cumin seeds to it,once it sputter's add finely chopped onion and saute it till its brown and has nice aroma.
- Then add the mixture made in step 1 ,cover it and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.Stir occasionally.
- Once you see the butter leaving the gravy,add milk little by little(mix when you pour milk in small quantities-so that it does not get affected due to acidic things in the gravy)
- Finally add paneer and green peas to it & cover it and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
Serve it with Naan or puri.
