Ingredients :
4-5 mashed Potatoes
1 cup frozen vegetables ( carrot , green peas , corn ,string beans)
1/4 cumin seeds
1 tsp of oil
1/4 tsp of Red Chili powder
1/4 tsp of Coriander powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Garam Masala
1-2 cup of Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Maida (All purpose Flour)
Directions :
1)Boil potatoes and mash it.
2) Semi grind the frozen vegetables
3)In a pan take oil ,add cumin seeds and the vegetables.
4)Add above mentioned masala and salt to taste.
5)Saute it till there is a dry mixture left.
6)Add this mixture to mashed potatoes and mix well.
7)Mix All purpose flour with water and make thin paste of it.
8)Make small burger / cutlet shape patties and dip it quickly in the paste made in Step 7.
9)Coat it with bread crumbs and press it lightly again with your hands so that the bread crumbs sticks properly.
10)Deep fry it.
Serve it with tomato ketchup :)
You can also use same mixture to make burger and serve it with bun and vegetables.

Bhel!!
Ingredients:
200 grams puffed rice (roasted)
50 Grams Punjabi Mix Chiwda(optional)
Green Chutney
Mithi(sweet chutney)
chopped onion
chopped tomato
chopped green mango
chopped boiled potato
chat masala (according to taste)
thin sev (to garnish)
Puffed Rice(Roasted):
In a pan take 1/2 tsp of oil add mustard seed,1/2 tsp of red chilli + turmeric powder + garam masala(mix all 3) and add the puffed rice.Mix it well so it gets nice color all over.
Now add salt and sugar(to taste).Once the puffed rice are crunchy enough remove it from flame.
Chutney's :
Recipe for Green Chutney
Mithi Chutney:
In a pressure cooker mix 1 cup of pitted Dates,1/4 cup of jaggery and 2 tsp of tamarind paste and pressure cook till 1 whistle.
Once cold make a smooth paste out of it(concentrated).
Mix water and use as required.
Direction :
1)Add all the ingredients as required and mix it well.
2)Take a deep bowl put some of the bhel made using step 1 and garnish with little bit of onions and thin sev.

Rice Chakli!!!
Ingredients :
2 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp green chili paste
1/2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
salt to taste
Directions :
1)Mix all the ingredients and make dough out of it,use some water if needed.
2)Put it in chakli mold and make chakli's out of it.
3)Deep fry it until its light brown.
Ready to eat.
